Weight Watchers Week Three

Two and a half pounds lost this week, making four pounds in total.  Now I’m into the killer week three which tends to be make or break time as the initial enthusiasm has worn off a bit.


The good thing is I’m not too hungry as I don’t have to give up carbs on this plan.  I really need my porridge in the morning.

I’ve made a couple of the WW recipes and they seem OK, if a little bland. I guess I’ll just have to get used to not using much butter and oil in my cooking (sorry James Martin).

To keep me motivated I’m thinking about the lovely summer dresses hanging in my wardrobe.

Onwards and upwards!
